**SITUATIONS**

YOU ARE A DOCTOR AT THE CMU MEDICAL CENTER AND SOMEONE HAS COME IN WITH MULTIPLE BULLET WOUNDS, WHAT DO YOU DO: First I would call Civil Protection on a requester, explaining the situation, then I would lie them down on a gurney, search for the said bullet wound, once found I would sedate them with Morphine and start wheeling the gurney to an operating room, once in the operating room, I would move them onto an operating table, once there I would use a sterilized forceps to pull the bullet out, then I would search for shrapnel from the bullet, if any is found, I would repeat the last step and extract them too, once all bullet peices have been extracted, I would apply Medical Gel for exceptionaly fast scarring, doing this the paitent should be stable, if no blood loss has occured, if so I would arrange for a transfusion, taking the patients blood, analyze it for its blood type, once found, I would locate the appropriate amount of blood and give the patient a transfusion, this should stabilize the patient and make sure they're not suffering from Hypovolemic shock, if so I would treat that symptom accordingly. This all being done the patient should be stabilized. This being done, Civil Protection should have arrived, I would notify them of the patients state, I would then leave it to them to question the patient on how he was shot. After this I would fill out the paper work detailing what medicine I used, the CID of the patient and file it accordingly.

YOU ARE WORKING WITHIN THE CMU HEADQUARTERS, WHEN SUDDENLY, IN COMES A WOUNDED CITIZEN AND A WOUNDED METROPOLICE UNIT, THE METROPOLICE UNIT HAS BEEN STABBED IN THE THIGH AND THE CITIZEN HAS BEEN SHOT IN THE LOWER STOMACH. ALL OTHER WORKER'S ARE BUSY, AND SO YOU HAVE A TOUGH DECISION. WHO DO YOU HELP FIRST AND WHY? I would first attend to the Metropolitan Police unit, knowing I can save both due to the Metro Police units stab wound being minor, easily treatable with a application of Styptic powder, the said powder would quickly cauterize his wound, the Metro Police unit would most likely require further treatment later, but this would stabilize the unit for now. Moving onto the citizen, the said citizen would most probably have severe intestinal damage, due to this I would have to do invasive surgery, for the example see the above example.
